LIFE SPRING
The LifeSpring community is an extension of Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church and has provided care for senior adults at our church campground campus in Perry, GA since 1939. What started as care for older church members soon became a service open to everyone in the middle Georgia community. This not-for-profit mission is to serve community seniors and live Christ’s love with compassion and care through the LifeSpring Community with the highest quality skilled nursing services in the area.The The LifeSpring Community actively serves members of Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church as well as the community at large. The Community includes Church Home, our legacy nursing home care; Jacob’s House, supportive short-term care; and Grace Garden, meaningful memory care (newly opened in October 2023). Church Home and Jacob’s House combine to offer 75 beds of skilled nursing care. Grace Garden offers 20 private rooms for personal care in a unique household setting for memory care. Our services continue to be among the highest rated in our area. We are thankful for the professional leadership and staff that represent our Church through the work they do each day in serving our residents and their families. Jacob’s house short term care- LifeSpring delivers specialized, short-term rehabilitation services for those recovering from a hospital stay or needing to gain strength and skills following a surgical procedure.
Church home long term care- Church Home at LifeSpring Community offers skilled nursing care by highly trained, caring, and professional staff. We believe in providing a warm home-like setting, opportunities for social interaction, and familiar daily schedules, which are all important components in promoting wellness.
Grace Garden memory care - Grace Garden at LifeSpring Community offers Meaningful Memory Care in a home-like atmosphere that is designed to foster the independence and well-being of our residents.
