Cafeteria Meeting

There will be a meeting in the cafeteria Saturday July 26th at 9:00am regarding the 2025 Young People’s Work Program. We kindly ask that one representative from each crowd please attend. Please contact Bro. Derek Robuck or Bro. Gene Mustin if you have any questions.

WORK PROGRAM

Work Weekend 2024 was a great success under the management of Bro. Dereck Robuck, who led the efforts. The fellowship during the weekend was truly amazing, and the tasks accomplished included:

  1. Painting lines at the youth park court

  2. Clean-up of brush at the youth park

  3. Replacement of most ceiling tiles at the cafeteria (with a crew sent by Bro. Stocky to finish afterwards)

  4. Work on sign caps and brickwork at the Home

  5. Clean-up at the retention pond

  6. Repainting of handicap signs

  7. Pressure washing some of the concrete walks

  8. Repairing runners in the cemetery

  9. Building a fence at LifeSpring

  10. Landscaping at the Home

  11. Building stairs at the treatment pond

  12. Construction of a handicap ramp for Sis. Lilly Miller

  13. Installation of Fiber Optic lines in the sanctuary

  14. Replacement of light bulbs in the front porch lights of the sanctuary

Bro. Derek expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the participants. The Thanksgiving work weekend for this year has been scheduled for November 27, 28, 29. Information regarding projects will be obtained from the BOE during and after the Camp Meeting to set the schedule.
